Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid insurance sales license for relevant lines of authority.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong customer focus.
