Job Description

Receive emergency calls (911/112), assess situations, dispatch police officers and other emergency services, and coordinate responses to incidents. Provide pre-arrival instructions to callers and maintain accurate logs of all communications and activities.

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; dispatcher certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and communication equipment.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
