Job Description

Responsible for the safety and movement of trains, managing crew and ensuring the well-being of passengers or security of cargo. Coordinate with locomotive engineers, conduct safety checks, and handle ticketing or manifest duties. Communicate effectively with passengers and staff.

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
• Relevant certification or training as a train conductor.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions in critical situations.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
